Function Overview

After users upload documents, the system automatically parses the document content and fills it into the form.

Use Cases

For example, in an HR system, resumes are the starting point of the personnel process. HR staff screen resumes and enter qualified individuals into the system. However, there are many fields in the personnel files, and a large number of resumes need to be entered. In this case, users wish that the system could upload resumes, recognize the information in the resumes, and automatically enter it into the system.

Setting Method

Simply click on the Text Recognition Control in the advanced fields or drag the control to the canvas to complete the addition of the control.

Widget Properties

Basic Properties	Name	Used to distinguish different widgets.
	Display Name	Used to control whether the widget name is displayed when filling out the form.
	Width	Used to control the display width of the current widget when filling out the form.
	Placeholder	Used to guide the filler in entering content.
	Help Text	A question mark hover appears when filling out the form, which can display help text.
	Permissions	Visibility Permissions: Visible, Conditionally Visible, Invisible; Edit Permissions (precondition: visibility permissions): Editable, Non-editable; Mandatory Permissions (precondition: edit permissions): Mandatory, Conditionally Mandatory, Not Mandatory; Field permissions only take effect in non-process forms; Additionally, conditionally visible and conditionally mandatory permissions take effect in both process and non-process forms.
Special Properties	Recognize Template	Select the recognizable templates. When no template is selected, the button for setting matching rules is disabled (grayed out).
Special Properties	Set matching rule	Set the correspondence between the recognized text and the fields in the form.
